Legal Project Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with attorneys and stakeholders to turn legal/regulatory requirements into scalable
• Lead and coordinate legal initiatives across Product, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and
• Optimize internal workflows to boost efficiency, visibility, and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain internal guidelines, docs, and resources.
• Review customer experiences to identify risks before launches.
• Help build scalable controls and monitoring for evolving legal needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in legal operations, project management, or cross-functional roles.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and build new processes.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities.
• Comfort interpreting complex legal/regulatory concepts for legal and business teams.
• Systems-thinking mindset; seeks process improvements and scalable solutions.
• Interest in AI, automation, and internal tools to improve workflows.
