Legal Specialist

📋 Description

• Drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements
• Providing legal advice and conducting legal research on civil law, intellectual property, corporate
• Responding to legal requests from end-users and third parties (including resellers and suppliers)
• Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments
• Compiling information and preparing statistics, charts and other summaries
• Tracking changes in the legal framework and providing timely updates

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law (with honors)
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer in a leading firm
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong planning and attention to detail
• Get things done attitude with ability to manage multiple tasks
