Legal Technology Consulting Director - Discovery and Data Management

📋 Description

• Lead complex client engagements spanning discovery assessments, technology selection
• Collaborate with senior legal, IT, and operations stakeholders to design future-state objectives.
• Advise on eDiscovery platform selection, governance, and operating models to improve efficiency.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans to mitigate risk and reduce
• Mentor junior staff, enhance delivery methodologies, and support business development.
• Apply emerging AI capabilities to legal technology challenges and client outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in legal consulting, legal tech, eDiscovery, or tech implementation.
• Experience assessing eDiscovery processes and implementing discovery platforms.
• Hands-on use of Exterro, RelativityOne, Reveal, DISCO, Everlaw, Nuix, OpenText, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of productivity and data-preservation tools (Microsoft 365 Purview, Google Vault
• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of EDRM, FRCP, and eDiscovery roles.
