LHCSA Recruitment Specialist

📋 Description

• Execute high volume, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new staff in our homecare agency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
• Follow-up on leads from Health Plans and internal staff
• Leverage Home Health Registry to locate eligible HHAs
• Maintain a presence at healthcare job fairs and create open house events
• Maintain up-to-date notes in ATS and coordinate follow-up interviews

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience recruiting home health aides in a similar environment
• Fluent in Spanish (Bilingual Spanish/English)
• High energy, well spoken, strong written and verbal communication
• Experience with behavioral-based interviewing
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
