Execute EU MiCAR operations across Kraken entities and launches.
Drive end-to-end MiCAR regulatory projects and product launches.

🎯 Requirements

5–8 years in top-tier consulting, strategy, or ops leadership (fintech/crypto).
Proven multi-stakeholder initiative leadership with commercial/regulatory focus.
Understanding of EU regulatory frameworks (MiCAR, EMRs, MiFID II, PSD2, AMLD5/6, DORA).
Strong business/financial modeling; quantify regulatory impact on revenue/cost.
Deep outsourcing oversight, vendor performance, and regulatory submissions.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and executive communication.
