📋 Description

• Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days in-office
• Virtual and in-person therapy for Agua Fria school district employees
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (psychiatrists, MENTNPs, dietitians)
• Deliver therapy, conduct assessments, diagnose, and create treatment plans
• Timely electronic documentation within 72 hours

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed
• Residency in a state we operate (AZ residency required for hybrid roles)
• Trauma-informed, evidence-based practices; skills in triage, risk assessment, crisis interventions
• Proficient with EHR, Zoom, and Google Suite
