Deliver therapy to the Agua Fria school district employees (virtually and in-person)
Full-time: 30-35 hours/week; Mon-Thu 12pm-7pm or 1pm-8pm and Fri 11am-6pm; Sat option available
Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
Manage caseload and schedule in partnership with the school district

🎯 Requirements

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed
Must reside in a state where the company operates; AZ residency required for hybrid roles
Trauma-informed, evidence-based practices; strong skills in initial triage, risk
Proficient with technology including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite
