Licensed Mental Health Therapist

📋 Description

• Deliver therapy to Agua Fria school district employees (virtual & in-person)
• Full-time: 30-35 hrs/wk; Mon-Thu 12pm-7pm or 1pm-8pm, Fri 11am-6pm
• Option to work Saturday in lieu of a weekday
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (psychiatrists, NPs, dietitians)
• In-house CE and certification programs, consult groups, support for caseloads

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
• Reside in a state we operate (AZ residency required for hybrid)
• Trauma-informed, evidence-based practices; crisis, risk, ICD-10, treatment plans
• Strong tech proficiency: EHR, Zoom, Google Suite
