📋 Description

• You'll provide compassionate, evidence-informed care to children, adolescents, young adults, and
• Conduct clinical intakes and develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver family education and care coordination.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Illinois license: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, families.
• Ability to work independently in remote environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation skills.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
• Comfort with technology and virtual clinical platforms.
