Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - No Weekends

📋 Description

• Provide quality individualized health care management for residents.
• Conduct routine site visits, vitals, assessments, med administration.
• Act as a health resource and train staff in the medical arena.
• Conduct audits of medications; ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Schedule: Full-time Mon-Fri; no weekends; on-call 1 week/month.
• Participate in on-call rotation for medical triage.

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Indiana.
• 1-2 years experience with disabilities or long-term care preferred.
• Flexible, dependable, team-oriented, good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently; strong organizational and computer skills.
• Acceptable background and driving record check.
