• Providing data reporting, analysis, and tracking of team sales.
• Establishing productive relationships with other departments.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of sales with 2+ years managing agents
• Active P&C or PL license
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
• End-to-end insurance sales process mastery
• CRM and data-driven decision making
• Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environment
