Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician (Lead)

📋 Description

• Provide clinical services to a small group of students with behavioral and emotional needs in
• School-day schedule with no evenings or weekends.
• Deliver evidence-based, school-focused interventions and therapies.
• Collaborate with students, families, school teams, and ESS to support student success.
• Receive ongoing supervision and supervision toward licensure requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed in social work (LMHC or LICSW) in the state of service.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges.
• Experience working in or with school settings preferred.
• Must be able to coordinate care and referrals to appropriate services.
