Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician/Social Worker

📋 Description

• Provide school-based mental health services to students
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy within schools
• Coordinate with families and school staff for coordinated care
• Develop care plans to support emotional and academic outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise staff as needed
• Ensure safe, ethical, and timely clinical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LMFT) in the state
• 2+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral/emotional needs
• Active licensure, ethical practice, and professional presence
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with schools, families, and community services • ESS is an EOE
