Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician/Social Worker

📋 Description

• Provide school-based mental health services to students
• Deliver intake, diagnostic, and clinical assessments
• Offer individual, group, and family therapy within schools
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in NY (LCSW or LMHC)
• Master’s in Social Work or related field
• 2+ years with children/adolescents and behavioral/emotional needs
• Experience with risk assessments and crisis intervention
• Proficient in clinical documentation and EMR, MS Office
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
