📋 Description

• Provide MTSS-based social-emotional supports and counseling
• Coordinate case management, referrals, and services
• Respond to crises and support safety planning
• Collaborate with families, nurses, and administrators
• Support attendance, behavior, and basic needs initiatives
• Contribute to school culture and team collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• MSW from an accredited program
• State licensure (LCSW/LPC) or eligible
• School-based or youth mental health exp.
• MTSS, trauma-informed, restorative practices exp.
• Familiar with SPED/504 processes
• Data fluency with screeners and SIS/SEIS
