Licensed Technician Team Lead (Evening Shift)

📋 Description

• Own the Flow: monitor the reconditioning pipeline to meet targets
• Hands-on inspections, repairs, and diagnostics on the shop floor
• Ontario Safety Inspections: conduct inspections to standards
• Eliminate bottlenecks by reallocating resources to maintain throughput
• Quality Gatekeeping: audit vehicles to meet The Clutch Standard
• Coach & Develop: provide real-time coaching to technicians

🎯 Requirements

• 310S Red Seal (or equivalent)
• Experience with domestic, import, and European vehicles
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills (brakes, suspension, PM)
• 1+ year leadership experience
• 3+ years in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Lean principles (5S, Kanban, Six Sigma) exposure
