Licensed Therapist

📋 Description

• Maintain outpatient caseload with individual and group therapy
• Conduct intakes and assessments to determine needs and create treatment plans
• Provide in-person clinical coverage at Rego Park clinic
• Collaborate with Forge providers, including medication management
• Support continuity of care during planned staff leave
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation per NY regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Current, unrestricted NY license as LCSW or LMHC, LMSW, or LMFT
• Masters in clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline)
• Experience providing psychotherapy and counseling to adult populations
• Strong experience in group facilitation
• Familiarity with NY behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards
