Licensing Coordinator

📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of the licensed product process from concept to distribution for multiple
• Photograph and ship samples
• Track compliance and adherence to all contractual requirements with the Licensing Specialist
• Monitor contract status from negotiation through execution
• Coordinate and maintain accuracy of product tracking sheets, licensor submission portals, royalty
• Main contact for internal communication regarding contractual rights and obligations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience
• Licensing understanding a plus
• Heavy data entry familiarity
• Must have strong attention to detail for compliance and audit purposes
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines
• Excellent time management skills to help successfully prioritize and complete projects on time
