Licensing Manager

📋 Description

• Support new product & service launches related to state licensing and reporting including money
• Work cross-functionally with legal, public affairs, compliance, finance, tax to meet regulatory
• Maintain the central repository for licensing and reporting obligations for new license types
• Collaborate with Licensing team to interpret, prepare, and submit state licensing annual reports
• Ensure timely regulatory filings, call out any licensing issues, supervise ongoing regulatory
• Lead ongoing preparation of renewal applications and other forms to be filed in various licensing

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of licensing/compliance/regulatory experience ideally related to consumer financial services
• Outstanding time management, administrative, and organizational skills, including the ability to
• Proven project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Humility, integrity, and a desire to be part of a small but strong, supportive team
• Inquisitive, eager to learn, and a willingness to take ownership of projects
