Life Cycle Services Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage Cisco renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts; quote renewals.
• Partner with Account Executives and Cisco teams to drive renewal revenue.
• Proactively engage CCW-R for renewal quotes; maintain CRM data.
• Provide accurate renewal quotes compliant with partner guidelines and SLAs.
• Collaborate cross-team (Sales, Customer Success) to support renewals and growth.
• Maintain Cisco renewal knowledge; pursue training as time permits; meet deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years Cisco maintenance renewal experience.
• Proficiency with Cisco Partner Tools CCW-R/CCW and renewal process.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented; manage multiple projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to present to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical skills for client quotes and manufacturer data.
