🎯 Requirements

• JD and active U.S. state bar (CA or NY preferred)
• Deep life sciences industry fluency
• Knowledge of regulatory environment for life sciences tools
• Experience negotiating complex IP in multi-party research
• Strong communication translating risk for scientists and partners
• Experience managing outside counsel (FDA/regulatory, IP, privacy, export)
