🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing – hands-on with email and SMS; WhatsApp a bonus.
• AI-first mindset; apply AI to content, personalization, segmentation, or decisioning.
• Hands-on experience with a modern lifecycle platform (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Customer.io or
• Ability to build adaptive lifecycle systems and operate in ambiguity.
• Strong ownership; drive projects from concept to shipped.
• Excellent English copywriting; sales copywriting experience.
