📋 Description

Own and optimize the full lifecycle experiences post-purchase
Build personalized onboarding journeys and onboarding briefs
Manage multi-segment lifecycle programs and comm surfaces (email, SMS, in-product nudges, etc.)
Collaborate with Growth/CMO to translate strategy into execution

🎯 Requirements

Hands-on with Klaviyo or comparable ESP
Data-driven with dashboards and flow analytics
Experience building multi-flow onboarding, activation, winback, and reactivation programs
Strong copywriting and comms briefing for lifecycle messages
Ability to manage complexity across many flows and segments
Customer-first mindset; focus on retention and LTV
