Lifecycle Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own lifecycle marketing programs for prior Personal Loan applicants across email, SMS, push, and voicemail.
• Design and optimize multi-channel journeys to boost engagement and funded loans.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Creative, and Product Marketing.
• Build scalable campaigns inside Iterable with high-quality execution.
• Analyze campaign performance to forecast impact and identify optimizations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years B2C lifecycle marketing experience.
• 3+ years building campaigns in Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign.
• Experience using analytics tools to measure performance, analyze funnels, and forecast.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements.
