  • Direct experience executing email and CRM campaigns
  • Experience supporting both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation, and channel tradeoffs
  • Clear written communicator with bias toward execution
  • Comfortable operating with high-level direction in a fast-moving environment
