Lifecycle Senior Specialist (OHS): Contract Management

📋 Description

• Manage and execute solutions for Occupational Health and Safety matters with minimal supervision
• Serve as an internal point of contact for routine and non-routine OHS questions, providing guidance
• Manage the relationship and deliverables of current OHS vendors, training partners, and health
• Monitor vendor performance through comprehensive assessments and consistent feedback.
• Lead the team’s engagement with Remote’s employees in providing them with their health assessment
• Coordinate and execute country Occupational Health and Safety internal audits to support compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Occupational Health and Safety certification/degree with multi-country Europe experience.
• Experience scouting onboarding and/or managing vendors and partners.
• Ability to engage external employees and vendors across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical and project management skills for mapping and implementing new processes.
• Fluent English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Remote work experience is not required but considered a plus.
