Lifecycle Senior Specialist (OHS): Contract Management

📋 Description

• Manage OHS solutions across jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
• Act as internal point of contact for OHS questions.
• Identify, onboard, contract, and manage OHS vendors and providers.
• Own vendor relationships, monitor performance, provide feedback.
• Coordinate health assessments and safety training across countries.
• Lead internal country-level OHS audits for compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or certification in Occupational Health and Safety; multi-country experience (Europe).
• Experience onboarding and managing vendors/external partners.
• Experience managing OHS across jurisdictions; support employees/providers.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration with distributed teams.
