📋 Description

• Manage total operation of the production line to maximize performance within safety, quality, and
• Serve as a customer liaison and ensure customer quality requirements are met.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for increased productivity and quality.
• Drive to key performance goals for production lines.
• Work with various departments on short term and long term projects.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• 3-5 years experience supervising people and processes in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in glass container manufacturing is highly preferred
• Significant understanding of Flow Manufacturing concepts that use Continuous Improvement and Kaizen
• Availability to support 24/7 operations
