Line Maintenance Manager

📋 Description

• Supervise maintenance on company aircraft per standards and regs
• Ensure facility complies with company and OSHA rules
• Assist Manager of Base in maintenance operations
• Oversee shift outcomes and maintenance control communications
• Direct and prioritize work to minimize delays
• Coordinate with Materials for timely parts and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent
• Airframe and Powerplant license required
• 8+ years A&P on similar aircraft
• 6+ years management or supervisory experience
• US work authorization; pass background check
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
