Literacy Facilitator (26-27)

📋 Description

• Deliver dyslexia intervention services in small group or one-on-one settings
• Implement dyslexia curriculum and structured literacy with fidelity
• Provide instruction aligned to student needs, progress data, and service plans
• Maintain pacing, routines, and intervention dosage for student growth
• Develop skills in phonological awareness, decoding, fluency, spelling, writing, and language
• Differentiate practices for multilingual learners and varying language proficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Texas teaching certification for Middle/High School; ELAR/Reading, ESL, or Bilingual preferred
• CALT/CALP/LDT or equivalent credential required or obtained in first year
• Experience with literacy intervention, dyslexia services, ESL/MTSS preferred
• Experience supporting multilingual learners/newcomers and students with dyslexia
