Present games in a live streaming environment, adhering to regulations and studio policies.
Learn and execute the rules of video stream games.
Conduct live games per table schedule with prompts, monitoring table schedules and following
Monitor updates in game leading procedures and follow management rules.
Communicate with players professionally per chat policy.
Report risks or issues to the Pit boss and participate in training sessions.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma / GED.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for a live streaming environment.
Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting and handle conflicts.
