Manage a portfolio of mobile home mortgage loans across all stages of delinquency
Outbound and inbound borrower contact to resolve delinquent accounts
Analyze borrower financials and counsel on options
Negotiate repayment plans and strive for full reinstatement
Evaluate loss mitigation options: forbearance, repayment plans, loan mods
Initiate and track loss mitigation workflows per investor guidelines

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
1–3 years mortgage collections/servicing; mobile homes preferred
Knowledge of GSE, FHA, VA, and Conventional loan programs
Strong negotiation, communication, customer service skills
Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with professionalism
Proficient with mortgage servicing systems and Microsoft Office
