Loan Officer Assistant (Lead to Contract)

📋 Description

• Serve as primary contact for licensed activities on behalf of the loan originator.
• Respond to new leads within 20 minutes; schedule/confirm appointments; manage calendars.
• Maintain lead trackers and client databases; send online pre-qualification links.
• Assist originators with 1003 information and required docs for pre-approval.
• Review credit and AUS findings; prepare initial fee worksheets.
• Monitor pre-approved clients; provide status updates and follow-ups.

🎯 Requirements

• Active NMLS/MLO licensing is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with at least two years of mortgage lending experience.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, qualification, credit review, pre-approval, and
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional with customers, originators
• Highly organized, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
• Strong sense of urgency, responsiveness, and accountability.
