🎯 Requirements

• Experience with private lenders or investor-focused lending platforms preferred.
• Experience in non-QM, wholesale, commercial, or conventional origination may be relevant.
• Proven production track record with measurable results (volume, conversions, retention).
• Strong business acumen; ability to analyze complex real estate deals.
• Consultative sales skills and credible communication with real estate professionals.
• Results-oriented with consistent activity and pipeline management.
