📋 Description

• Manage mortgage loan files from application through closing across conventional and
• Review documents to satisfy investor and program guidelines.
• Request and organize required loan documentation; ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate with Loan Consultants, processing managers, borrowers, vendors and stakeholders
• Use pipeline reports to monitor activity and prioritize daily tasks across the loan lifecycle.
• Maintain up-to-date loan data in document management systems.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional loan processing experience.
• Experience with FHA and VA loan products.
• Hands-on experience with Automated Underwriting (Desktop Underwriter).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Fluent Spanish language skills required.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation, investor requirements, loan programs, and underwriting
