Localization Design Lead (2D and Video Assets)

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations, quality, delivery, and performance of the Digital Assets
• Ensure localization, adaptation, and delivery of promotional assets across markets with strong
• Lead workflow planning, prioritization, and monitoring of localization requests for timely
• Manage communication between localization team and internal stakeholders to align priorities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to team members; support growth and
• Identify workflow improvements, automation opportunities, and optimize localization production

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading creative/localization/production or design teams.
• Strong understanding of localization workflows for marketing assets.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
• Experience with static and video asset localization and developing processes/documentation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
