🎯 Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
Strong fundamental CS skills; knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
5+ years in software development (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go).
Experience designing scalable, high-availability web apps and backend services.
Familiarity with AI-assisted coding workflows (Cursor, Claude Code).
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills; cross-functional collaboration.
