Localization Manager - Growly

📋 Description

• Lead localization of Growly products from prep to launch and ongoing updates.
• Work with Crowdin: manage projects, requests, and vendor communications.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to streamline localization workflows.
• Organize professional proofreading and reviews with external contractors.
• Analyze localized versions of products and suggest quality improvements.
• Ensure translations align with Tone of Voice, style guides, glossaries, and regional nuances.

🎯 Requirements

• English at B2+/C1 level; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience managing localization or translation workflows for products, or
• Preferred experience with localization platforms (Crowdin prioritized), CAT tools, TMS, or similar
• Strong management and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams and
• Self-organization, attention to detail, and accountability.
