Localization Project Manager, Life Sciences

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end production for Life Science accounts on-time and on-budget.
• Lead customer-facing production duties and delegate tasks to Production Coordinators.
• Maintain resources, core teams, and pipeline to support project management work.
• Ensure timely internal/external communications within SLAs.
• Conduct risk analysis, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
• Ensure admin tasks and data accuracy; manage invoicing and vendor interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred.
• 2+ years PM experience in clinical trials localization preferred.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
