Localization Specialist

📋 Description

• Ensure timely delivery of multilingual content and support localization and release schedules
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to identify localization gaps and resolve translation
• Track localization issues and maintain SOPs and training materials
• Assist with Course Package Translation Service projects and related localization tasks
• Support vendor relationships to deliver on time and within budget
• Contribute to the development of external documentation and knowledge base content

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree or 2-3 years of relevant localization experience
• Experience with human/machine translation and post-editing project management
• Fluency in at least one language other than English (e.g., Canadian French, Mexican Spanish
• Experience with GitHub for version control and Translation Management Software
• Familiarity with CMS/LMS content and learning systems
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
