Coordinate import/export shipments to/from Mexico with US customers.
Monitor cargo transit and resolve delivery issues as needed.
Assist with export documentation and SOPs for logistics operations.
Collaborate with transport integrators, freight forwarders, and manufacturing partners.

🎯 Requirements

Up to 2 years of logistics experience within Mexico.
Understanding of Mexico export requirements and logistics processes.
Customer service orientation and strong communication skills in business English.
Vendor oversight and external partnerships experience preferred.
Meticulous, detail-oriented with proficiency in MS Excel; Google Drive and Mac OS experience
