📋 Description

Oversee tool control for ground/flight test activities
Manage tool/asset records, calibration, and spares
Lead FOD prevention and logistics readiness for test ops
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for test readiness
Maintain spares plans and issue/return processes
Support remote deployments and field reconstitution

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in aviation/aerospace/logistics or flight test
Experience with tools, calibrated equipment, spares
FOD prevention, material traceability, maintenance support
Proficiency with ERP/CMMS/QMS and asset-management tools
Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Safety, Supply Chain
Strong documentation and corrective-action skills
