Own international freight from Asia to Israel, the US, and the EU
Negotiate and book shipments with global freight leaders
Select shipment modes based on time, complexity, constraints
Manage freight cost recovery and surcharge disputes
Lead customs and trade compliance end-to-end
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to push platform as single source of truth

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in international logistics or freight-forwarding, ideally in hardware/manufacturing
Experience negotiating freight rates with forwarders/couriers
Strong knowledge of HTS, commercial invoices, packing lists, IORs, CBP forms
Commercial mindset on landed cost, Incoterms, margins, customer experience
Clear, concise written/oral communication in English; extra languages a bonus
