📋 Description

• Own design, rollout, and optimization of delivery workflows for key customers
• Bridge customers, engineering, operations, success, and partners
• Build scalable logistics products and infrastructure to drive volume
• Collaborate with ops and delivery partners to ensure reliability
• Represent Nash in customer conversations and planning sessions
• Lead onboarding and expansion for important accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product mgmt, ops strategy, logistics, consulting, or startup
• Understand marketplace dynamics, logistics systems, API-driven platforms
• Clear communicator; cross-functional with technical and non-technical teams
• Scrappy and able to build from 0 to 1
• Enjoy solving real-world ops problems through systems/software
• Bonus: delivery tech exp like route optimization, dispatch, fleet mgmt
