Logistics Specialist, Fulfillment Operations

📋 Description

• Own the inbound/outbound dock operation and daily dock schedule.
• Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to maximize throughput.
• Monitor real-time shipment status and adjust as needed.
• Support dock flow and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse coordination.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
• Experience with LTL, parcel, and/or freight carriers.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets; WMS or TMS familiarity.
• Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency.
• Effective communication with external carriers and internal teams.
