📋 Description

• Clinical Assistant (LPN or CMA) in senior living communities
• Pre-visit planning, chart preparation, patient screenings
• Reconcile medications and maintain accurate patient charts
• Perform minor procedures under provider supervision
• Field travel with provider team to community sites
• Handle portal messages and coordinate care with families and staff

🎯 Requirements

• Active LPN license or active CMA/RMA/CCMA certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail oriented, able to work under pressure
• English language proficiency
