🎯 Requirements

• Professional-level fluency in both English and French.
• Strong verbal, listening, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Experience or education in hospitality, sales, customer service, or contact centre operations
• Genuine passion for travel and luxury experiences.
• Confidence, initiative, and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems while maintaining personalized service.
