  • Lead CEG's end-to-end M&A integration strategy for acquired post-sale orgs
  • Own integration governance and high-priority deal execution
  • Manage external consultants and cross-functional teams
  • Drive post-integration retrospectives and playbook improvements
  • Represent CEG in IMO processes and set direction for workstreams

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
  • 12–15+ years in strategy/ops, PMO, or mgmt consulting
  • Proven M&A integration leadership in enterprise tech
  • Cross-functional fluency with Finance, HR, Sales Ops, GTM
  • Experience managing external consultants or SI partnerships
