M&A Integration, Director

📋 Description

• Lead CEG's M&A integration strategy across multiple deals, from strategy to execution
• Oversee governance, cross-functional alignment, and resource allocation for integrations
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Sales Ops, and GTM for seamless post-acquisition workstreams
• Represent CEG in IMO processes and ensure timely direction for workstream owners
• Guide ~10 external consultants and ensure continuity of knowledge across deal lifecycles
• Drive improvements to the M&A playbook and integration tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leveraging AI to improve work processes or decision-making
• 12–15+ years in strategy/operations, program management, or management consulting with M&A
• Proven leadership on post-sale integrations (Customer Success, Services, Renewals, or related)
• Strong cross-functional fluency across Finance, HR, Sales Ops, and GTM
• Experience managing external consultants or SI partners
