M&A Integration Manager

📋 Description

• Lead finance integration for Helsing's acquisitions from pre-deal due diligence to full ERP
• Own the Finance Integration Playbook and Day 1/Day 100 deliverables with acquired entities.
• Coordinate integration across ERP migrations, chart of accounts, intercompany setup, treasury
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate due diligence and generate integration reports and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven end-to-end finance integration lead on multiple transactions (ERP migrations, intercompany
• Deep understanding of deal mechanics (SPAs, completion accounts, locked-box structures, reps and
• Experience with SAP during cutover and finance data migration tooling (LSMW, LTMC, S/4HANA
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across leadership, SAP specialists, legal counsel
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACA, or equivalent.
